It's also fire-resistant and heat-resistant, making it the ideal choice for high-traffic emergency doors. The zinc alloy handle and copper lock core ensure the longevity of the lock, even in extreme weather conditions.
In emergencies, the push bar panic exit device can be easily pushed open from the inside with a hand or another body part. External access requires a key to open the outside door handle. When closing the exit door, it automatically locks, preventing unauthorized entry. It includes a dogging quick-opening design, allowing you to set it to a constant open mode, suitable for large-scale evacuation.
The overall dimensions of this panic bar are 31.9 x 6 x 2.6 inches (811 x 153 x 65.8 mm). It is suitable for both 30-inch to 36-inch wide wooden and metal doors and can be used on both left and right doors. Please note that it is not suitable for glass doors.
